POLICIES: ♡ I do require a non-refundable $30 deposit to book ♡ rescheduling/ canceling 3x in a row will result in me no longer booking you ♡ I work back to back so I only allow a 10 minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late can result in your appointment being cut short or being rescheduled. ♡ No extra guest allowed, it’s fine to bring your kids just ask ahead of time please! HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ♡ You will not be able to wet your lashes the first 24hrs so I recommend to shower before your appointment ♡ Avoid coffee or any caffeine (it makes your eyes twitch) ♡ don’t come in chewing gum (your chewing moves me while working) ♡ if you wear contacts, please be sure to remove them before coming in because the fumes of the glue are very strong and can cause your contacts to melt in your eyes during application. ♡ Be prepared to be here for at most two hours ♡ foreign fills = $15 extra ♡ please come in with CLEAN lashes. Make sure to wash them thoroughly. If you come in with dirty lashes don’t expect your extensions to last. ♡ come in with a bare face. NO MAKE UP at all. ♡ If you’re coming in for a fill, make sure you still have 50% of your lashes on or else expect to be charged for a full set. ♡ If you booked a fill and it’s been more than 3 weeks since your last appointment, it will automatically be charged as a full set. ♡ If you are sick or have any sick like symptoms I ask that you PLEASE reschedule ♡ payment: cash, Zelle, tap to pay (extra fee)

Cancellation Policy

if you want to reschedule with the same deposit, it MUST be within a 72hr notice, if it’s less than a 72hr notice you’ll have to pay a new deposit to reschedule. If appointment is just canceled without a reschedule deposit is kept as a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will result in having to pay for 50% of your service.
